How to use?
- Sit quietly in a comfortable position with your back supported before taking a measurement.
- Extend your arm with the palm facing upward, making sure the cuff is level with your heart.
- Position the arm so that the air tube runs parallel to the artery, with the palm still facing upward.
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm and fasten it securely.
- Make sure there is enough space to fit one finger between the cuff and your arm.
- Keep the cuff level with your heart, with your palm facing upward.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin the measurement.
- Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse will appear on the screen within 40 seconds.
